MykiLeaks is a free tool to help Myki account holders ensure that money is not leaking from their wallets as they use Victoria's public transport system.

What MykiLeaks will do:

Scan your statement for errors where you were charged an incorrect fare for the times / zones / transport modes you travelled.
Scan your statement for account balance errors when transactions have occurred.
Notify you when you were charged an increased fare as the result of not touching off.
Provide a summary of errors on your statement (if any) ready to use in a reimbursement application

What MykiLeaks won't do:

Store any information that could identify you. None at all. Not even the ID number of your card.
Keep a copy of your PDF statement once it has been processed. It is immediately deleted from our server after processing.
Identify errors on your statement that are the result of being charged Myki Money while having an active Myki Pass (the statement does not provide enough information to do this).

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the report, however we cannot 100% guarantee its correctness due to the unpredictable nature of Myki statements.
